Schematic Concept
Determining the clients requirements and aspirations, designer will prepare the preliminary scheme for the theme of the design. Consisting of floor plans illustrating the proposed furniture layouts, any structural changes that may be required, and mood board presentations containing samples of all proposed finishes and decorations of all project areas.
Design Details
In design development phase, the schematic plans and elevations are reviewed, revised and expanded to incorporate all the details and specifications required for construction. Interior architecture drawings will be presented, along with all final finishes and curated art and accessories for clients to approve.
Construction
We lead the general contractor from idea to implementation. So that the impression of the realized interior is being carried out to their exact specifications and that the project is progressing as planned. You just have only to enjoy the implemented project.
We manage installation of furniture, furnishings, and equipment allowing our client to enjoy the product of their property.
